Arrival
We love our stylists and we know you do too! We also understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments.
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
You may do so when you receive a confirmation call/text/email or contact the salon.
First Time Clients
We’re excited to meet you! It is especially our pleasure to know your hair goals and concerns. In order to better serve you, we recommend, all first time clients to book the TREATMENT & TRIM package or a consultation. The consultation allows your stylist to discuss the state of your hair, the vision and pricing to prepare you for Deola’s Touch.
No-Show & Cancellations
We do our best to service our clients in a timely manner.
We make sure every guest is made aware of our No-Show/ Cancellation Policy when scheduling an appointment and during confirmation calls.
In the event that you’re unable to show, your deposit will be non refundable. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we suggest you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid cancellation fees. If you choose to completely cancel, you can also do so at least 24hrs in advance to receive a refund .(Please note: A $5 cancellation fee will be applied) when rescheduled, your deposit will be transferable to your next scheduled appointment. You can reschedule your appointment by your self using your confirmation email at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment . If you do not reschedule at least 24hours before the start time of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit is nonrefundable for same day cancellations.
Clients who chronically cancel late or no show will be required to provide billing information prior to scheduling an appointment and may be subject to being charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Running Late
We understand, life can get crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late according to our phones time, you will be charged $20 late fee. We will do our best to still service you or reschedule your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. A plan of action will be determined by salon management with you, the stylist and other clients in mind. As we extend a 15 min grace period to you, we ask you extend the same grace to our stylists.
